Comparison

Classo Club vs Arbox and Boostapp

Arbox and Boostapp are good, well-known systems with many customers. They were built mainly for gyms and fitness studios. Classo Club was built for activity businesses: classes, courses, workshops, surf schools and seasonal businesses. Here are the differences, without knocking anyone.

Arbox and Boostapp change their prices from time to time, so we don't list them here. Check their sites for current prices.

Where Arbox is stronger

  • A very broad system for gyms and studios, with many tools for running the business.
  • A branded app in the business's own name, in the app stores.
  • Fits many verticals, from fitness and yoga to classes and camps.
  • A limited free entry plan for small businesses getting started.

Where Boostapp is stronger

  • A clear focus on studios and gyms.
  • Card processing built in through Grow (a paid add-on), working today.
  • A built-in AI agent.
  • A member app.

Where Classo Club fits

  • Activity businesses, not gyms

A weekly class sold by term, a course as a series of sessions, a workshop with several dates, a trial lesson that leads to a course, and private lessons by availability.

  • Built-in health declarations

Parents sign on the phone for each child. The data is encrypted, every view goes to an access log, instructors see only a flag, and the declaration is deleted automatically after the retention period.

  • Seasonal freeze

In winter, freeze the business for ₪19 a month, up to 5 months a year. Your page stays up and your data is kept.

  • A free plan, for good

One activity and up to 30 registrations a month for free, with no time limit. Right for an independent instructor starting out.

  • Parents with several kids

Several children in one registration, an automatic sibling discount, and a family calendar that updates itself.

  • Weather cancellations

Cancel a session in one click; everyone gets an email and a calendar update, and every participant gets a make-up credit.

How we count: members vs registrations

Boostapp prices by active members. Arbox prices by tiered plans. Classo Club counts registrations per month: up to 30 free, up to 200 on Basic (₪89 a month before VAT), and unlimited on Pro (₪169).

These are different methods, so a one-to-one price comparison is hard. A business with many regulars who come all week may do better with one model, and a seasonal business with short courses with another. Work it out for your own business.

Honestly: what we don't have yet

Card payments through Classo Club aren't live yet. Today parents pay the business directly with Bit and you mark it paid. When cards go live, they'll go through the business's own payment provider, and the money will never pass through us.

WhatsApp reminders aren't live yet either: today reminders go by email. And we have no branded app in the stores: registration works in the phone's browser, and instructors install their app from the home screen.

If built-in card processing or a branded app is a must for you today, one of the other systems is probably a better fit for now.

Questions worth asking any system before you choose

  • How is the price counted: by members, by registrations, or by plan? And what will it cost in your busiest month?
  • What happens in the months you're closed? Can you freeze the business, or only a customer's membership?
  • How do card payments work, what does connecting a payment provider cost, and who issues the receipt?
  • How is the health declaration stored, which staff see the answers, and when is it deleted?
  • Can a parent register several children in one registration? Is there an automatic sibling discount?
  • What happens when you cancel a session for the weather: who is notified, and is a credit created?

Try it without closing what you have

You don't have to move everything at once. Open a business on Classo Club for free, add one activity, a summer course or a trial lesson, say, and send the link to just one group of parents.

If it works for you, add more activities. If not, you've lost nothing. The free plan has no time limit.

What else Classo Club has today

  • A page for the business and one for each activity, with your logo and colour.
  • A calendar invite with every registration that updates when something changes, and a family calendar for parents.
  • Email reminders a day and two hours before each session.
  • Coupons, a sibling discount and trial lessons protected against abuse.
  • Private lessons by each instructor's available hours.
  • Team roles: owners, managers and instructors, each seeing only what they need.
