Start of the year. The class is announced, and within two days there are dozens of WhatsApp messages. Every parent sends details in a different format. Someone forgot the birth date, someone asks about a discount for the second child, and someone else wants to join in November and asks what it costs now.
Then the forms arrive: a health declaration for every child, the terms, and a list of who paid and who didn't. The instructor needs to know who showed up, and you need to know whom to remind.
You can do all of this with a spreadsheet and WhatsApp. But it takes whole evenings, and something still slips through.
How it works
Create a weekly class
Pick the days and times (several a week is fine), a term end date, the price, seats, age limits and a sibling discount in percent.
Parents register every child together
Contact details once, then child by child: name, birth date and relation. A returning parent gets a code by email and picks children registered before.
Health declaration and terms
A separate declaration for each child, signed by the parent on the phone. Then the cancellation policy and terms to accept.
Summary and payment
The parent sees the price, the sibling discount and any coupon. Today they pay you directly with Bit and you mark it paid. Card payments: coming soon.
Attendance
The instructor opens the roster on their phone and marks present, late or absent. Each registration shows how many sessions every child attended.

Set a percentage on the activity; every child after the first on the same registration gets it. Coupons work on top.
Pro-rated price for late joiners
Someone who joins after the term started pays only for the remaining sessions. It's calculated for you.
A health declaration per child
Signed, encrypted and stored. Instructors see only that medical information exists.
Attendance on the phone
Instructors mark attendance for their own sessions, from an hour before until a day after. You can also print a roster with an attendance column.
Family calendar
Every registration comes with a calendar invite. In their personal area, parents create a family calendar link that updates itself, with every class of every child.

A personal area for parents
Sign in by email, no password. Parents see sessions, registrations, declarations and credits, and send a cancellation request when needed.
What you see on your side
The registrations list shows every registration with its status, participants, payment method and how much was paid. Above it, a summary like "3 haven't paid · ₪450 open" links straight to those registrations.
Add instructors and managers, and each sees only what they need. An instructor sees their sessions and the roster, not the payments and not the answers in the health declarations.
A year of a class, from registration to the last session
In September you publish the class and send one link to the parents' group. Families from last year get a code by email, pick the children they registered before, and skip most of the form. When the seats run out, registration closes by itself, and nobody signs up for a seat that no longer exists.
In November a new family arrives. They register mid-term and pay only for the remaining sessions. No calculating, no back and forth.
In January the instructor is ill. Open the session, pick "instructor sick", and every family gets an email and a calendar update. Each child gets a make-up credit, and you book it when it suits you. Credits can have an expiry date, or none.
At the end of the year you have the full picture: who registered, who paid, and how many sessions each child attended. Nothing to rebuild from WhatsApp.

With several classes, Basic costs ₪89 a month before VAT: unlimited activities, up to 200 registrations a month and up to 2 instructors. With a bigger team, Pro costs ₪169 a month, with no limits. Frequently asked questions
Can a parent register several children at once?
Yes. Contact details are filled in once and every child is added to the same registration. Each child gets their own health declaration, and the sibling discount is calculated for you.
How does the sibling discount work?
Set a discount percentage in the activity form. Every child after the first on the same registration gets that percentage off their price. A coupon, if any, applies after the sibling discount.
What happens when a child joins mid-year?
A weekly class is priced for the whole term. Someone who joins after it started pays for the remaining sessions, say 4 of 6, and sees it in the summary.
Can instructors take attendance?
Yes, on their phone. They install the instructor app from the browser, with no app store. An instructor marks attendance only for their own sessions, from an hour before until 24 hours after.
