You open a course with 12 seats. A week later there are 15 names on the list, because three people wrote on WhatsApp and nobody updated the spreadsheet. Someone asks the date of the fourth session, and someone else turns up on the wrong day because the time moved and they missed the message.
Workshops move even faster. Registration opens, the seats are gone within a day, and then the questions start: who paid, who cancelled, and who needs to bring what.
How it works
Pick a type
A course (a series of sessions), a single session, an event or a trial lesson. Fill in the title, description, photos, location, price and seats.
Create the sessions
For a course: a start date, weekly times and the number of sessions, up to 104. Say 8 sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays. For a workshop: add one date or several, and each participant picks one.
Publish and share
Before publishing you see what's still missing, with a link to fix it. Once published, share one link to the activity page.
Participants register
On the phone: details, participants, the fields you added, a health declaration if needed, and the terms. A course registration covers all upcoming sessions, with no date to pick.
Everything lands in the calendar
A confirmation page and email with every session, the place, what to bring and a calendar invite. An email reminder a day before and two hours before each session.
What's included
A series in one registration
A course of 6, 8 or 20 sessions, on several days a week. Participants register once and get them all.
Limited seats
Set the seats and the page shows how many are left. When someone submits a registration, their seats are held for 15 minutes so they can finish.
Calendar invites that update
Each session has a stable calendar ID. A new time, place or instructor, or a cancellation, updates the same event instead of creating a duplicate.
Edit a single session
Change any session on its own: time, place, instructor and seats. Participants get a calendar update.
A trial lesson that leads to the course
A trial lesson with a "Continue to the course" link on the page, the confirmation and the email.
Extra fields
Level, equipment, food allergies for a cooking workshop, or anything else you need to know in advance.
Coupons
A percentage or fixed-amount code, with validity dates, a usage limit, and one activity or all of them.
A cancellation policy per activity
Its own policy for each course or workshop, or a general one for the business. Participants accept it when registering.
Payment
Today you can take payment by Bit directly to the business. Participants see the amount, the Bit number and what to write in the note on the confirmation page and in the email, and you mark it paid. The money never passes through us.
Card payments through the business's own payment provider: coming soon. A free workshop? Enter a price of 0 and registrations are confirmed at once.
A course, a one-off workshop, or a workshop on several dates
- A course: a series of sessions with a start date. Participants register once for all upcoming sessions and get them all in their calendar.
- A one-off workshop: a single session or an event with one date. With only one date, it's picked automatically and registration is shorter.
- The same workshop on several dates: add several dates to one activity, and each participant picks theirs at the start of registration. Each date has its own seats.
- A trial lesson before a course: a separate activity linked to the course, so anyone who enjoyed it continues in one click.
After registering
Participants get a confirmation page and an email with every session, the address and what to bring, and an email reminder a day before and two hours before each session. WhatsApp reminders: coming soon.
In their personal area, with sign-in by email and no password, they see their sessions and registrations and can create a calendar link that updates itself. If they need to cancel, they send a cancellation request. Nothing is cancelled automatically: the request reaches you with the cancellation policy, and you decide.
On your side, the registrations list shows who registered, for which activity, and whether they paid. Above it is a summary of who hasn't paid yet and how much is open.
What it costs
One course and up to 30 registrations a month: free, with no time limit. Right for someone who runs one course at a time, or a monthly workshop.
If you run several courses and workshops at once, you need Basic: ₪89 a month before VAT, unlimited activities and up to 200 registrations a month. Beyond that, Pro at ₪169 a month, with no limits. No setup fee, and you can cancel any time.
A registration counts once it's confirmed, or while its seats are held. One registration for an 8-session course is one registration, not eight.

Frequently asked questions
Can a course meet twice a week?
Yes. Each weekly time has its own day, start time and duration, up to 7 times. The number of sessions is the total: 8 sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays are 4 plus 4.
What happens when the seats run out?
Registration closes by itself. Someone in the middle of registering has their seats held for 15 minutes, so the same seat is never sold twice.
I changed a session's time. Will participants know?
Yes. A new time, place or instructor sends a calendar update that changes the event they already have, so there are never two events for one session.
Can the same workshop run on several dates?
Yes. For a single-session workshop, add several dates and each participant picks the one that suits them at the start of registration.
Does a workshop need a health declaration?
That's up to you and the kind of activity. If it does, pick a template in the activity form and each participant signs on the phone. If not, the step simply doesn't appear.
Can I offer a trial lesson before the course?
Yes. Create a trial lesson activity and choose the course it leads to. The page, the confirmation and the email show a "Continue to the course" link while the course is published.
